- 1 big piece ginger
- 3 big cloves garlic
- 1 Tbs. vinegar
- 1 Tbs. tomato puree

- 1½ Tbs. sugar
- 2 Tbs. corn flour
- ½ cup tomato sauce
- Juice of 1 big lemon
|
- Crush ginger and garlic and boil in one cup of water for at least 5 minutes.
- Add vinegar as it boils together with tomato puree, tomato sauce, sugar and lemon. All these to be added one at a time and continuously stirring the liquid.
- Mi the corn flour in ½ cup of water and add a little at a time whilst stirring until it thickens.
Sweet and Sour sauce is ready.
