  • 75gm   Cooking chocolate
  • 250gm  Plain flour
  • ½  Tsp. Baking powder

 
  • 250gm  Butter
  • 250gm  Sugar
  • 5 Eggs




  1. Grate the frozen chocolate. Keep aside.
  2. Whisk the sugar and butter thoroughly.
  3. Add the eggs in the above mixture, one at a time and whisk thoroughly. Keep aside.
  4. Take the flour and add the grated choc. and baking powder. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Transfer this (No.4) into the whisked mixture and mix this thoroughly.
  6. Put this mixture into a squeezing cone and put a little quantity in small moulds for baking.
  7. Bake for 15-20 min. @ 180°C.
