- 1 kg boneless chicken cut into small cubes
- 10 tomatoes blended
- 2 big onions chopped
- 2 Tsp. garlic crushed
- 2 Tsp. ginger crushed
- 1 ½ cup yogurt
- 5-6 green chilies chopped
- 1 bunch dhania
chopped
- Juice of 1 medium

- 1 Tsp. jeera

- 2 Tbs. butter
- 2 Tsp. red chili powder
- ½ Tsp. haldi
- 1 cup oil for bagar
- 1 Tsp. jeera ground
- 8 whole black pepper ground
- 6 cloves ground
- 4 elaichi

- 1 Tsp. kala

- 1 small ginger cut small

Please note at all times that as you keep adding ingredients they should be continuously stirred.
- Fry onion in oil until golden brown on high heat, preferably on a heavy based tawa.
- Add ginger + garlic.
- Add blended tomatoes.
- Add green chilies.
- Add chili powder, haldi and stir-fry.
- Now add chicken and stir-fry for about five minutes.
- Add freshly ground spices and stir.
- Add kala namak.
- Add yogurt.
- Add chat masala
- Crush whole jeera in your palms and add. Stir-fry and add ginger strips.
- Add lemon juice and stir.
- Add butter.
- Add dhania.
