  • 2 Tsp. oil
  • 2 Tsp. Chopped onion
  • 1 Tsp. Chopped garlic
  • 1 blanched tomato
  • Juice of one tomato
  • White pepper to taste
 
  • ½ Tsp. Crushed Black pepper
  • 1 Tsp. Chopped green chili
  • 1 Tsp. Coriander
  • Cubes of Capsicum and Onion
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Bayleaf



  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic. Also, add the bayleaf.
  2. Next, add the blanched tomato, its juice and the rest of the spices.
  3. Then add the coriander, green chilies, capsicum and onion cubes. Cook for 5-10 min.
