  • ¼ Kg Peas
  • ¼ Kg Cauliflower
  • ¼ Kg Potatoes (diced)
  • 2 Onions (sliced)
  • 1 Tsp. Chili powder
  • ½ Tsp. Haldi
  • 3 Tomatoes(Chopped)
 
  • ½ Tsp. Garlic paste
  • ½ Tsp. Ginger paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 Tbs. Oil
  • ½ Tsp. Garam masala
  • 1 Tbs. Tomato puree
  • Fresh coriander (dhaniya)



  1. Heat the oil in a pressure cooker (PC) and fry the onion until brown.
  2. Add tomatoes and let it cook for a while until they are soft. Keep stirring. Heat should be medium.
  3. Add all the spices, salt and ginger/garlic paste. Stir and let it cook for 2-3 min.
  4. Add ½ cup water and tomato puree. Stir and add all the vegetables.
  5. Add 1-cup water and mix the ingredients thoroughly. Close the lid and cook for 3 min in the PC.
  6. Remove and add coriander before serving.
