- ¼ Kg Peas
- ¼ Kg Cauliflower
- ¼ Kg Potatoes (diced)
- 2 Onions (sliced)
- 1 Tsp. Chili powder
- ½ Tsp. Haldi
- 3 Tomatoes(Chopped)

- ½ Tsp. Garlic paste
- ½ Tsp. Ginger paste
- Salt to taste
- 3 Tbs. Oil
- ½ Tsp. Garam masala
- 1 Tbs. Tomato puree
- Fresh coriander (dhaniya)

Heat the oil in a pressure cooker (PC) and fry the onion until brown.

Add tomatoes and let it cook for a while until they are soft. Keep stirring. Heat should be
medium.

Add all the spices, salt and ginger/garlic paste. Stir and let it cook for 2-3 min.

Add ½ cup water and tomato puree. Stir and add all the vegetables.

Add 1-cup water and mix the ingredients thoroughly. Close the lid and cook for 3 min in the
PC.

Remove and add coriander before serving.
