  • 2 Med. long potatoes cut thin in long strips
  • 1 Capsicum sliced long & thin
  • ½ Lt. Oil for frying chips
  • 1 Tsp. Black pepper, crushed
  • ½ Tsp. Sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • Salt to taste
 
  • 1 Med. carrot cut thin in long strips
  • 1 Onion sliced thick
  • ½ Tsp. Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tbs. Soy sauce
  • ½ cup tomato sauce



  1. In a wok add 1-Tbs. oil and fry ½Tsp garlic paste on high heat.
  2. Add the capsicum and stir fry for 2 min.
  3. Add carrot slices and stir-fry for 2 min.
  4. Add salt, pepper and onion and stir fry for 2 min.
  5. Add tomato sauce in the wok with other ingredients and stir. Reduce the heat to low.
  6. Take ½cup water and mix 1-Tbs. corn flour. Pour this into the wok together with the already cooking mixture at low heat. Cook for 2-3 min at medium heat.
  7. Finally in ½ Lt. oil fry the very thin chips and transfer these chips into the wok.
  8. Add soy sauce and cook for 2 min.
