- ½ ltr Cooking oil
- 200gm (leg) boneless chicken cut into small pieces.
- 1 Tbs Corn flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 Onion cut into cubes

- 1 Carrot cut into cubes
- 100gm Green peas
- 1 Tbs Soy sauce
- 4 Tbs Water
- Salt to taste

Mix the corn flour, ½Tsp salt and one egg.

Dip the chicken pieces into this mixture and rubbing it in thoroughly. Keep aside for 15
min.

Deep-fry the marinated chicken pieces until the corn flour is nice and crispy. Don’t
over-fry. Keep aside.

Pour 1 Tbs oil in a wok and stir-fry the onion for 2-3 min.

Add carrot cubes and peas into the wok and stir. High heat 2-3 min.

Add the chicken and sir for 2-3 min on high heat.

Take 4 Tbs water in a cup and mix 1 Tbs corn flour. Pour into the wok and stir thoroughly.

Finally add soy sauce and salt and cook for 3 min.
