  • ½ ltr Cooking oil
  • 200gm (leg) boneless chicken cut into small pieces.
  • 1 Tbs Corn flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Onion cut into cubes
 
  • 1 Carrot cut into cubes
  • 100gm Green peas
  • 1 Tbs Soy sauce
  • 4 Tbs Water
  • Salt to taste



  1. Mix the corn flour, ½Tsp salt and one egg.
  2. Dip the chicken pieces into this mixture and rubbing it in thoroughly. Keep aside for 15 min.
  3. Deep-fry the marinated chicken pieces until the corn flour is nice and crispy. Don’t over-fry. Keep aside.
  4. Pour 1 Tbs oil in a wok and stir-fry the onion for 2-3 min.
  5. Add carrot cubes and peas into the wok and stir. High heat 2-3 min.
  6. Add the chicken and sir for 2-3 min on high heat.
  7. Take 4 Tbs water in a cup and mix 1 Tbs corn flour. Pour into the wok and stir thoroughly.
  8. Finally add soy sauce and salt and cook for 3 min.
