  • 2 Tbs. oil
  • 100gm boneless chicken
  • 20gm Capsicum (sliced)
  • 10gm Onion (sliced)
  • 20gm Mushroom (sliced)
  • Salt to taste 
 
  • White pepper powder to taste
  • 2 Tortillas (refined flour)
  • 20gm Cheddar cheese
  • 50gm Salsa sauce
  • Lettuce and veg. Salad



  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken, capsicum, onion and mushroom.
  2. Add salt and white pepper. Cook until golden brown and then add the salsa sauce.
  3. Shape the tortilla into a samosa and fill the chicken stuffing.
  4. Sprinkle cheese and bake in a hot oven at 100°c until the cheese turns light brown.
  5. Serve with the salsa sauce, lettuce leaves and the vegetable salad.
