- 2 Tbs. oil
- 100gm boneless chicken
- 20gm Capsicum (sliced)
- 10gm Onion (sliced)
- 20gm Mushroom (sliced)
- Salt to
taste

- White pepper powder to taste
- 2 Tortillas (refined flour)
- 20gm Cheddar cheese
- 50gm Salsa sauce
- Lettuce and veg. Salad

Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken, capsicum, onion and mushroom.

Add salt and white pepper. Cook until golden brown and then add the salsa sauce.

Shape the tortilla into a samosa and fill the chicken stuffing.

Sprinkle cheese and bake in a hot oven at 100°c
until the cheese turns light brown.

Serve with the salsa sauce, lettuce leaves and the vegetable salad.
