  • 250gm Fish
  • 2 Slices bread
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ Tsp. Red chili powder
  • ½ Tsp. white pepper
  • ½ Tsp. garam masala
  • ½ Tsp. Elaichi powder
  • 1 Tsp. Jeera
  • 1 Tsp. Ginger/Garlic paste 
 
  • ½ Lemon
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Chopped green chilies
  • 1 Tsp. Corn Flour
  • 2 Tbs. Bread crumbs
  • ½ Onion
  • Few leaves mint (pudina)
  • Oil for frying



  1. Boil the fish in salted water with lemon juice and ginger/garlic paste.
  2. Soak 2 slices bread in water.
  3. Mix all the spices, egg white, lemon juice and green chilies in the boiled fish.
  4. Now add corn flour, bread slices (soaked) and bread crumbs.
  5. Chop the onion and mint and add to the mixture.
  6. Make kababs out of the mixture.
  7. Heat oil in a pan and fry these till golden brown.
  8. Garnish with lemon and cucumber. Serve hot.
