  • 3 Small pieces of chicken with bone
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 Pods green beans
  • 2 Tbs. sweet corn (imported)
  • ½ piece grated ordinary maize
 
  • 3 Tbs. corn flour
  • 5-6 cups of water
  • ½  Tsp. Ginger+Garlic paste (G+G)
  • ½  Tsp. Ajina moto



  1. Put the chicken, G+G paste and salt in 5-6 cups of water.
  2. Boil this until the chicken becomes soft and tender.
  3. Remove the pieces of chicken from the water and shreds with hand separating the meat from the bones. Return the flesh into the water.
  4. Grate the ½ corn and grind with ½ cup of  water in a blender.
  5. Separate the water with a sieve.
  6. Add the corn only into the ingredients of (1).
  7. Add Ajina Moto into the mixture together with chopped beans.
  8. Mix in a separate bowl corn flour with ½ cup of water. Pour this into the soup.
  9. Add the sweet corn (tinned) into the main mixture.
  10. Now heat all these ingredients on medium heat. Keep stirring.
  11. Whisk one egg and pour this into the heated soup drop by drop whilst stirring the soup.
  12. Continue heating for 5 min.
  13. Serve hot with black pepper.
